Heard Shri Kadethankar the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri Karpe the learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 though is duly served, has not entered his appearance in the matter. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused of 51 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil Application No.5850 of 2018 stands disposed of.
