There were no adverse reports against the applicant that he has violated the bail condition clause No.(iii) of the order dated 26.09.2022 in Bail Application No.1464 of 2022. The chargesheet has been filed, but no charges have been framed yet. Considering the reasons for relaxing the condition, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order :- i) Application is allowed.
