After hearing the learned counsel appearing for parties for quite sometime, they resile to the situation and agree for early disposal of the revision, pending before respondent No. 1.

In view of this, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned, on merits, however, in my estimate, interest of justice can be sub-served, if revision pending before respondent No. 1 is taken up for expeditious disposal at an early date.

Accordingly, respondent No. 1 - revisional authority may decide revision pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
