When the matter was on board yesterday, learned Advocate Mr. Karlekar appearing for respondent nos.4 and 6 has made a statement that the admission of the petitioner was from Scheduled Tribe Category.

In view of the statement made by respondent no.2, the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 within 15 days and then respondent no.2 to return the documents mentioned in prayer Clause (B) of the petition.

In view of the said statement, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
