By this application filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent No.2, by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, in Crime No.111/2020, registered with Rahuri Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offence punishable under Sections 188, 452, 427, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing it is revealed that chargesheet is filed in the present crime and the case is numbered as SVH

2 935-ACB-58-21.odt R.C.C. No.128/2021, and the matter is kept before the trial Court on 20/02/2023 for hearing. In view of the subsequent developments, it is not desirable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent No.2. Application is, therefore, rejected.
