This Criminal Application No. 943 of 2025 is filed for condonation of delay of 253 days which is preferred against the impugned order dated 01 April 2024 passed under Exhibit 19 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal in Special (POCSO) Case No. 190 of 2022. 2.

Learned advocate for the Applicant would at the outset submit that Respondent has been duly served as the office record would also indicate that the service to the said Respondent is duly complete. It appears that despite service, none appears for the Respondent.

A case for condonation of delay has been made out by this Application. There is sufficient explanation and sufficient cause for such condonation. In the interest of justice, it would be just and proper to allow the Application for condonation of delay of 253 days in preferring this Criminal Revision Application. The following order is passed :-

i) The Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses A and B.

ii) The Criminal Application is Disposed of in the above terms.
