ORDER

Mr. A.B. Kale, learned Advocate for appellants - original claimants is present. Mr. B.V. Virdhe, learned Asst. Government Pleader for respondent - State authorities, is present. Ms. Chaitali Chaudhari, learned Advocate, for the acquiring body is present. Mr. P.P. Warade, Executive Engineer, Waghur Dam, Jalgaon, is present, and Mr. Ramsing H. Sulane, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon, is present. 02.

The matters are amicably settled before this Lok Adalat between the parties as per the chart annexed which is marked as "X" for identification. The chart is duly signed by the learned Advocates appearing for respective parties as well as concerned officers of the State Government. All the signatories to the chart

( Order ) (2) F.A. No. 0720 of 2007 & Group agree to the settlement as per the chart.

The present matters relate to acquisition of agricultural lands for Waghur Project and the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Special Land Acquisition Officer (III), Jalgaon & another Vs. Bhagwat Vithal Sonwane [2009(4) Mh.L.J. 308] has fixed the market price of Jirayat land at the rate of Rs. 2,00,000/- per hectare and for Bagayat land at the rate of Rs. 4,00,000/- per hectare. The parties have agreed to settle the matters in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

The claimants agree that they will not claim interest on the enhanced compensation amount for the period of which delay has been condoned. The appeals stand disposed of in terms of the settlement. Pending Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Court fees be refunded as per rules.
