ORDER :- 1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants-Acquiring Body. Perused the application and other relevant documents. 2.

Present application is filed by the applicants seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondentPralhad S/o Malharji Munde on record. Learned counsel for the applicant produced on record death certificate of deceased and Heirship Certificate of legal heirs of deceased Pralhad Munde issued by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ahmedpur.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application and the documents produced on record as well as nature of subject-matter, there is no impediment to allow the applicants-appellants to bring on record the L.Rs of deceased respondent Pralhad. 4.

Accordingly, present civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and "C". The delay caused in filing present civil application stands condoned. Abatement of proceeding after death of deceased respondent, if any, stands recalled. The applicants are hereby permitted to bring Legal representatives of deceased respondent - Pralhad S/o Malharji Munde on record. Amendment be carried out forth.
