Though learned counsel for the petitioner has tried his level best to convince this Court about the maintainability of this writ petition, however, this court has consistently taken a view that the alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner by filing revision under section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 (for short 'the Act'). In the case Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjre Vs. Divisional Joint Registrar and others in Writ Petition No. 5362 of 2017 this Court (Coram : Rohit B. Deo, J.) by order dated 28.08.2018 has taken the similar view. 2.

Thus, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate efficacious remedy of filing t revision under section 9 of the Act.

Upon filing such revision, the revisional authority may consider
