The learned Counsel appearing for the applicantInsurer submits that in the earlier round of litigation, appellant/Insurer has deposited an amount of Rs.2,75,400/- before this Court and same is still lying before this Court. The learned counsel submits that the applicant/Insurer will deposit remaining balance amount within six weeks from today.

Thus, the effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed on the condition that, the applicant shall deposit the remaining amount under award alongwith interest, within six weeks from today, in this court, failing which, stay granted by this order, shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
