After the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat, the grievance is made through the present application that the interest amount and the solatium to the extent of 12% and 30% is not paid and sought release of Rs.3,36,199/-.

The amount of enhanced compensation as agreed before the Lok Adalat on 13th December 2014 is already deposited. It is informed that the amount of interest and solatium as claimed herein is not deposited.

Perusal of the order of the Lok Adalat reflects the entitlement of the applicant to the said amount. In view thereof, the non-applicants

C.A.No.4425/2015 No.1 and 2 are hereby directed to calculate the interest at the rate of 12% and the amount of solatium at the rate of 30% as claimed and to deposit the same in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today.
