The petitioners have putforth prayer clause 'A' as under:- A] For a writ of quo-warranto Order or direction in the nature of quo-warranto directing the respondent No.5 to explain under which authority, he is holding the post of Chief Executive Officer of respondent NO. 4-Board particularly when he is not qualified and eligible to hold the post of Chief Executive Officer of respondent No. 4 Board.

The learned advocate representing respondent No. 4 submits that respondent No. 5 whose authority is being challenged in this petition invoking the Writ of quo-warranto, has resigned and quit his job.

In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and stand disposed off.
