Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and perused the documents on record. It appears that the petitioner found that there were some irregularities / illegalities in the audit that was done of the petitioner Karkhana and therefore petitioner Karkhana decided to have re-audit. Accordingly they approached respondent No.2 - Regional Joint Director (Sugar), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Respondent No.2 by order dated 27th October 2023 directed respondent No.3 - District Special Auditor Class-I, Co-operative Societies (Sugar), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to

wp-3419.24 carry out the re-audit and submit the report. Petitioner states that respondent No.3 has not acted in pursuance to order given by respondent No.2.

Upon inquiry, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner Karkhana has not approached respondent No.2 once again after finding that respondent No.3 is not re-auditing the accounts of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach respondent No.2 with an appropriate representation within one week. Thereupon respondent No.2 to decide the said representation within a period of one month thereafter. 4.
