DATED : 27th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- The order under review dated 22.2.2008 has been passed on the basis of concession made on behalf of respondent No.4 in writ petition No. 287 of 2006, in respect of initiation of acquisition proceeding and payment of compensation. The arguments advanced in the review application seeking to withdraw the statement made earlier does not deserve consideration. Review application is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
