The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, by the order dated 01.04.2025, respondent No. 6 alone was directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation. By the order dated 03.04.2025, the original order was sought to be modified and was accordingly directed to the effect that the petitioner's representation was directed to be considered by respondent Nos. 6 to 9. He would submit that in fact the representation is to be considered by respondent Nos. 5 to 9.
