The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners would file fresh proposals with respondent no. 3 for start of GNM / ANM Colleges in the State of Maharashtra.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, leave to amend in Writ Petition No. 5684 of 2021.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. Mr. Narwadkar, learned Counsel appears for respondent no. 3.

In case the proposals are filed by the petitioners for start of GNM / ANM course, then respondent no. 3 shall process the same and the
3 wp 5596.2021+ decision shall be taken on the proposals of the petitioners on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after following the procedure for academic year 2021 - 2022.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
No costs.
