Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposed the application and submitted that there are no sufficient cause to condone the delay. It is lastly prayed to reject the application. 3.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, particularly it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
