Learned counsel Mr. P. V. Barde purports to submit that petitioner has received Rs.2,13,688/- and that the amount being claimed pursuant to the orders of this court in writ petition, rest of amount Rs.4,34,897/- had been deposited with the Tahsildar, and the same has been transmitted by him to Labour Commissioner. It is further being referred to that Municipal Council has no particular objection if the contempt petitioner seeks withdrawal of said amount from the Labour Commissioner's Office.

In view of same, petitioner may apply to the Labour

2 953 cp 183-18 Commissioner for withdrawal of the amount as stated before this court and Municipal Council as well fle an affidavit to that efect before the Labour Commissioner.
