Considering the orders passed by this Court on 13.10.2014, 20.07.2015, 27.07.2015, 10.08.2015, 28.08.2015, 29.10.2015, 07.12.2015, 22.12.2015, 06.01.2016, 22.02.2016 and 01.03.2016, the service book of Respondent No.5 has been prepared by the management from the year 1997 onwards S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

The learned Counsels for the respondents submit that they are all endeavoring to trace out the documents as claimed by Respondent No.5 from 1983 onwards. The said issue can therefore be kept open.
