On 25.11.2024, Advocate Mr. Chattarji argued the matter at length and when this Court shown disinclination to interfere with the proceeding initiated by the Fertilizers Inspector, the learned counsel had sought time to take instructions, hence, matter was adjourned for today. 2.

Today, Mr. Ankur Gulathi, the legal counsel for the Applicant Company present in the Court and gave instructions to the learned counsel for the Applicant for withdrawal of the Application, on which basis the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Application.
