Learned Counsel for respondents are not in a position to challenge veracity of contents in the application for condonation of delay. In the circumstances, for reasons contained in application, delay occurred in filing the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court in land acquisition proceedings, is condoned in terms of Prayer Clause "B". Civil Application is allowed.
