The Petitioner prays that the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal should decide Review Application No. 42/B/2023/Hingoli, out of turn. 2.

There are several litigants in queue before the learned Tribunal. Merely because the Petitioner could approach this Court would not mean that this Court should grant an out of turn hearing to the Petitioner by jumping the queue, when the litigants are waiting for their turn.

In view of the above, this Petition is
