Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned AGP states that the decision as directed by this Court vide its order dated 23rd July, 2014 has already been taken. The policy decision exists about non grant of grants. In light of that, we don't find that there is willful or deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court. The contempt stand purged. 2.

Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to assail the order in any appropriate proceeding as may be permissible in law.
