1) Civil Application No. 4276/2016 is field for condonation of delay of 162 days caused in filing application bring legal representatives of appellant No.1 on the record, for setting aside abatement and for giving permission to bring legal representatives on the record. Heard both the sides.

2) In view of he contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds

2 CA 4276, 4275/2016 that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring legal representatives on the record. Amendment in the appeal memo to be carried out immediately.

3) Civil Application No.4275/2016 is filed for referring the matter to mediator. Considering the relationship between the parties and the nature of the dispute, the matter is referred to Advocate Shri. K.B. Choudhari. Stand over to 31st August 2016. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
