The application seeks review of the order dated 11.03.2015 in Writ Petition No.2190/2015. Writ petition was disposed of by the said order on the statement of learned AGP that proposal of the petitioner Society is rejected. The learned counsel submits that the proposal is pending . Affidavit in reply is filed by the Respondents- State. They admit that the proposal of the petition is pending. 2.

In view of that, the order dated 11.03.2015 is reviewed and recalled. Writ Petition No. 2199 of 2015 is restored to its original position. 3.
