The present civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 81 days caused in filing second appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is old lady and has some health issues. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants are residing at remote place and they were unaware of the proceeding and after getting the knowledge of the orders passed in the matter they approached the advocate and after getting necessary documents has approached the lawyer at Aurangabad and as such, the delay is caused. The learned counsel prays to condone the delay.
