Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering the grounds of appeal, the Court directs the appellant to deposit only 50% amount of the compensation as per the impugned judgment and award. In view of the fact, following order is passed :-

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited with this Court with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.
