The Petitioner is the Plaintiff before the Civil Court in RCS No. 248 of 2023. His grievance is that though the Civil Court has passed an interim order dated 19.10.2023, below application Exh.12 and despite Defendant No.1 having been directed to maintain status-quo in respect of the property, he is surreptitiously resorting to further construction. 02.

The Petitioner is not remediless. He can file an Application under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure. 03.
