Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the application. There is delay of 12 days in filing the application to leave for appeal against the judgment and order dated 23-12-2015 of acquittal passed in RCC No. 730 of 2002 by the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C, Court No. 1, Dhule.
