The grievance of the Petitioner is that when she was searching for options for transfer, some vacancies in schools were not shown. There are some schools which are close to her native place. There are also some schools which are near to her husband's home. Had all the vacancies in the schools been shown, the Petitioner would have got an opportunity to indicate better options. Hence, the Petitioner has tendered a representation dated 11th March, 2024 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar and prays that the same be decided expeditiously.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered within 30 days. 3.
