At the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, leave to replace the pages.

The learned Counsel submits that the caste certificate is issued to the petitioner, however, the petitioner requires the certificate in the Central Government format.

The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has submitted the original caste certificate received to him in form "C" to the Scrutiny Committee.

The petitioner shall apply to the Scrutiny Committee to get the attested copy of the said caste certificate. On getting the attested caste certificate, the same shall be submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer along with an application to be filed online also. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer, shall, verify the attested caste certificate having been issued by his office and thereafter issue the caste certificate in the Central Government format, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of application made by the petitioner.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
