Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company. None appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, in the interest of justice, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay of 29 days caused in filing first appeal. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay caused in

2 CA 4010/14 filing appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award stands condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process and registration of appeal.
