The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending with respondent No. 5. The petitioner has completed internship. The petitioner will have to undergo the bond period. The respondents be directed to issue internship completion certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5.

The respondent No. 5 shall decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the internship completion certificate shall not be refused only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending, as it is submitted that the petitioner will have to undergo to the bond period.
