Present petition can be disposed off even on the first date as the petitioner seeks directions to decide the proposal forwarded by the Management on 16.11.2022, which is pending before respondent no.4 seeking approval for the services as Peon rendered during academic year 1989-1990, 1990-1991 and 1991-1992.

Without going into merits of the case, since the proposal has been forwarded to respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 should decide the said proposal on it's own merits and shall not keep it pending and, therefore, we direct the Respondent no.4 to decide the said proposal within a period of Two (2) months from today on it's own merits. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
