Learned advocate for the petitioner informs that the present writ petition which is arising out of order passed below Exhibit-17 in Regular Civil Suit No. 115/2014 dated 27.09.2016 has become infructuous since Regular Civil Suit No. 115/2014 has been dismissed in default vide order dated 12.04.2018. 2.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present writ and same is disposed of as infructuous.
