The learned Advocate for the respondent Zilla Parishad submits on instructions that the order of this Court dated 31.07.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.7398/2018, would be complied with and the case of the petitioners would be scrutinized and decided within two (02) months. If they are found eligible, the arrears would be released within three (03) months thereafter.

The learned Advocated for petitioners submits that identical orders passed by this Court with reference to the Nasik Zilla Parishad and the Kolhapur Zilla Parishad, were carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Special Leave Petitions have been dismissed.

The learned Advocate for C.E.O., Zilla Parishad submits that the delay was caused as Review Petitions were filed, hearings were being conducted and the same are still pending.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for petitioners submits on instructions that petitioners are satisfied and this petition can be disposed off.

As the statement of the respondents has been recorded in the forgoing paragraphs, this petition is disposed off.
