DATE : 17.03.2025 PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking one additional increment from the date he was granted 'District Awardee Teacher' and he is seeking to derive the benefits of GR dated 12.12.2000 and claims that his rights will not be taken away by circular dated 04.09.2018.

We have heard both the sides. We dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to verify if the

(( 2 )) 85-wp-3632-2025 petitioner has received that Award prior to 04.09.2018 and if it is so, consider his case for grant of one additional increment under the GR dated 12.12.2000. The exercise shall be concluded within six weeks. If the petitioner is found entitled to derive the benefits, the arrears shall be disbursed within six weeks thereafter. [ Y. G.
