ORDER:

1.

According to the petitioner, the vigilance is conducted and say to the vigilance is also filed.

2.

On going through the caste certificate, the tribe Mannervarlu is wrongly spelt.

3.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

The Committee shall within one week issue attested copy of

2 Sr939WP2992.2018 the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner. On getting attested copy, the petitioner shall submit the same within one week to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded/Kandhar. On receipt of the same, the Sub-Divisional Officer shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within one week. The petitioner shall immediately submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding on receipt of the corrected tribe certificate within one month. No fresh vigilance would be required as vigilance is already conducted.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee, respondents No. 2 & 3 may take further steps with regard to issuance of certificate as required by the petitioner. 5.
