ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondents No. 1 and 2. It is submitted that the validation proceeding is filed in January-2018 and the petitioner is not being issued the examination form for final year B. Tech. examination on the ground that the validity is not submitted. 2.
Considering the fact that, the petitioner is a student, we direct the respondent No. 3 to allow the petitioner to appear for examination. However, the result shall not be declared until the petitioner produces the validity certificate or any orders are passed by
2 Sr903WP2971.2018 the Court. The respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.03.2018 and shall cooperate with the Committee in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.
