The Applicants, who are original Respondent Nos. 5 and 8 respectively, in the petitions, were supposed to file an affidavit-inreply on or before 5th January, 2024. By the Civil Applications, a request is made for extension of time to file the reply. 2.

The Non-Applicants pray for heavy costs and submit that the costs be donated to the Bar Association.

Both the Civil Applications are partly allowed. Time to file the replies, is extended on the condition that the Applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/-, in each Application, with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within 15 days. Let the affidavit-in-reply be filed on or before 20th March, 2024.
