This application is filed for stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and Award challenged in the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant on instructions submits that the amount in terms of award shall be deposited in this Court within four weeks. The statement made by the applicant's counsel is accepted and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within four weeks. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, interim stay granted stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
