Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 4/Committee. The result of the petitioner's Ist year M.B.B.S. examination has been withheld on the ground, validity certificate is not submitted. The validation proceedings are pending since 11.11.2014. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 and the learned A. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. None appears for the respondent No. 2, though served.

To get the validation proceedings decided within a stipulated period is not in the hands of a litigant. The committee is expected to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. Considering the fact that, validation proceeding is pending since November, 2014, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine

(09) months from today. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Ist year M.B.B.S. examination and shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings is pending. Of course, the respondents can take further action in tune with the judgment and order delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
