The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would prefer an appeal under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners may prefer an appeal as may be permissible under the law.
