Heard Shri Rajale Gulab B., the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Shri L.C. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for respondents i.e. original claimants. Delay of 617 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. For the reasons
919 ca 5315.15.odt stated in the applications which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil applications stand disposed of. 2.
The execution of the awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under each award along with interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this court within twelve weeks from the date of this order.

On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents, Shri L.C. Patil, waives for respondents i.e. original claimants. Shri Y.G.
