Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. Shri Patil, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 3. 2.

This Court in earlier writ petition has already directed the Committee to dispose of the said proceedings within a period of one year from the date of order. The Committee shall adhere to the said order. Till the validation proceedings are pending, the respondents shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner and shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation

2 wp 3215.16 proceedings are pending. The respondent college and university can take further course of action in tune with the judgment delivered in the validation proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
