Heard Mr A.B. Kale, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr N.T. Bhagat, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and Ms Ashwini R. Mate instructed by Jay and Co. for respondent No.1/acquiring body. 2.

The applicants/original claimants are seeking directions to the appellants to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant Kusum Madhukar Patil, who died on 26.10.2020. The copy of death certificate is also placed on record by the applicants, which also indicates same picture. It is necessary to allow this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The appellant/acquiring body is hereby directed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant- 3 Kusum Madhukar Patil by making

2 936-CA-5148-2022 necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo. The details of legal heirs are shown in para No. 2 of the application and accordingly, appellants may carry out the amendment.
