Heard. These applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited towards enhancement of compensation amount awarded by the learned Reference Court. The learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record copy of order dated 19.06.2024 passed by this Court in similar matters, arising out of the same award. This Court, by the said order allowed the applicants to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on usual undertaking. Considering the above, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The civil applications are partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.
