Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned Counsel for respondent No.1.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, respondents preferred appeal against the order of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed before this Court. Applicant No.2's name is mentioned as "Mangal" in the appeal as the same name was mentioned in the claim petition fled before the Tribunal.

Learned Counsel further submits that, when the original claim petition was fled in the year 2004, the mother of Mangal has mentioned the name of Mangal as Mangal but, thereafter, when she got admitted in the school her name is mentioned in the school record as "Supriya", but while fling the petition, the name of applicant No.2 is mentioned as "Mangal" as well as in appeal which has been disposed of by this Court in the year, 2021. Now the Mangal has become major and her name Supriya is recorded in the school record. Now Mangal has received the compensation deposited by the respondent No.1 but due to change in her name it fnds difcult for Mangal to receive compensation, hence directions be given to change her name as Supriya instead of Mangal and she may be permitted to withdraw the amount.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that, appropriate orders may be passed.

Perused the record. The original claim petition was

{3} fled in the year 2004 and at that time Mangal's age is shown as minor. In school record, her name is shown as Supriya. Hence, I fnd no difculty to change and correct the name of Mangal, therefore, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

a) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

b) The Civil Application is disposed of.
