The Petitioners in both the petitions have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under:

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents No.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the

2987.23wp etc (2) petitioners annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dated 28.06.2018 issued by respondent No.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, submits on instructions that, the representations put forth by these Petitioners would be decided by the Respondents within four weeks.

In view of the above, the Petitioners are satisfied. 4.

These petitions are, therefore, disposed off. 5.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should respond to the representations of the Petitioners within four weeks and convey the decision to the Petitioners, on or before 30/04/2023, in the light of the Circular dated 28.06.2018.
