Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the prayer clause (B) is not pressed. As such, the petition shall lie before the Division Bench as the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to decide pending revisions before the State Government. 2.

In this background, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Government for expeditious disposal of his pending revisions. In case, such request is made by the petitioner before the State Government, we expect the State Government to decide the revisions of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date the petitioner approaches the State Government.
